Double room w/en suite available Mon-Fri

PLEASE NOTE THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. 

Two bed flat on the second floor of a modern block with south-facing balcony. Kitchen is modern with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and there are plenty of kitchen bits (pans, plates and glasses etc.) which you are welcome to use. 

You’d have a bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, bedside tables and a shelf unit. There is a modern en-suite shower room with good sized shower, vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail. There is also direct access onto the balcony from the room.

The block is in a quiet location with a lift and plenty of space to store a bike in the communal garden (this is where I keep my own bike). Parking is also available. There is a 24 hour gym and a Sainsbury's Local less than a 5 minute walk away. Abbeville Village is a 10 minute walk with various pubs, restaurants, cafes and other amenities. There are several buses within a couple of minutes walk (including one that will get you to Brixton in 10 mins for the Victoria Line) and Clapham South station (which serves both the City and the West End) is a 10-15 minute walk away. 

My boyfriend and I are both working professionals - he works from home and I work 9-5 in publishing, so I'm gone for most of the day. We also have a friendly 10 year old puggle whose main hobbies are eating and sleeping! We're both low-key and in the evening we'll usually just be cooking and relaxing, with one or two evenings doing out-of-the-house activities, so we're after someone that isn't necessarily looking for a super sociable flat-share (although we like to think we're both friendly!).

There is some flexibility on the move in date.
