Hi I’m Anna a live in landlord. My flatmate is travelling for work from the 24/1/26 - 28/2/26 so we’re looking to sublet his room. It has a good sized double bedroom which over looks the back gardens. It has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, very comfortable double bed and side tables.

The flat is spacious with a large open plan kitchen-reception room, the bathroom is a good size and recently refurbished and there’s a separate w/c.

There’s also a terrace and large garden with bbq and seating for 12 people.

The flats ideally located a 7/8 minute walk from Clapham Common tube, 8mins to Wandsworth Road overground and a stones throw from all the cafes, pubs and restaurants in Clapham Old Town and from Clapham Common itself.

I am a psychotherapist who currently works from home but I’m looking to spend more time working elsewhere. I’m a friendly open person, who likes to socialise, play netball and spend time in nature. Currently exploring the more spiritual side of life. Yet to master meditation and a yoga routine but I’ll get there.
