My flat will be available from 5th January to 21st February.

One bedroom is a large light room with two floor to ceiling sash windows and king sized bed. Built in wardrobes and separate chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The second bedroom is equally light, with a large sash window, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers with a double bed.

The maisonette is spacious with a large open plan double heighted kitchen-reception room, the bathroom is a good size and recently refurbished and there’s a separate w/c.

It is excellently located a 7minute walk from Clapham Common tube, is near plenty of bus links as well as Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road overground stations. It’s a stones throw away from bars, restaurants, cafés and shops without being close enough to have all the noise, and has Clapham Common a 2minute stroll away.

Looking for professionals who are tidy, and not looking for a party house.
