Huge Room - Own Bathroom - Big House - No Bills-

Large bedroom (approx 20 sq m) and own use Bathroom next to bedroom but not strictly ensuite.
The room has secondary glazing and is very quiet.
The five/ six bedroom house is occupied by me, and my partner.
The spacious Kitchen is shared although my partner has her own kitchen and bathroom on the top floor so the downstairs kitchen is underused.
My background is that I am a retired Barrister and my partner is a Civil Servant.
We have a large garden.
We are keen to find someone we really get on with and would hope for a reasonably long let, although all offers are considered!

If a couple we would probably wish to make some adjustment to reflect costs.
