The area;
Clapham is found in south west London , zone 2, benefiting from a handful of shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment spots i. e. bars, cinemas, gyms and parks.

Transport
The house is equidistant between Clapham North and Clapham Common Stations all on the Northern Line. There is also a National rail station in the area. The distance to the station is circa 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 2 mins away from the house which goes to the station but ends at oxford circus both day and night and it is also very reliable.

The House
It is a very pretty place which you can definitely be proud to call it home. It was recently refurbished and it is in immaculate condition. The ground floor has got wooden flooring while the upper floor has got carpets. All the rooms have a private bathroom.

The Room
The room is a large room, fully furnished to a high standard with all necessary chattels and fixtures necessary for rooms, well lighted and well aired. The room has a TV fitted on the wall with a small chiller in the room. The room can be rented as a double or as a twin with two beds.

General Facilities
There is a cleaner who comes in very regularly to clean the place. The kitchen is designer and well equipped to a high standard with all modern appliances, dish washer etc. Besides that there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and other tools for laundry such as an ironing board. There is also internet connection there with a landline.

The Downside
Not really a downside as such but there is no separate Living room in the house. However there is a dinning table with chairs in the kitchen and also a TV set with digital TV. Besides in London most people spend so much time at work and outdoors thus seldom needing a sitting room.
