The Flat:
A cosy four room flat - three rooms are currently occupied, the other is mainly used for storage and clothes drying. There’s also a built in book shelf for extra space if needed and a dining table with chairs.
Shared bathroom and toilet, which has been renovated.
Living area has a TV and couch.
Full equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Dishes, pots and all utensils available for use.

Location:
The flat is conveniently located in middle of Clapham, about a 10min walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham North Stations (Northern Line) and a 18min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line). There’s also a bus stop immediately outside the flat routes 355, 417 and 317.
Clapham itself is very lively, lots of restaurants, pubs and open areas to enjoy. Especially fun during the summer. There’s alway something going on.

Flat mates:
You’ll be living with one male and one female aged 24-30. Rebecca is English and works in marketing and Dylan is Australian and a teacher. Both very friendly and great flatmates. Respectful and considerate. Everyone has different schedules, but we usually see each other briefly in the evenings to socialise or watch tv. Sometimes we go to events or dinners together on the weekends, but for the most part everyone leads their own lives.

Rent including all bills and a weekly cleaner is £890, paid on the 1st of every month.
Unfortunately, no couples or students.
Min term is 6 months and a reference check will also need to be conducted.
