A listed two bedroom property off Wandsworth Road. I am looking to rent one of the rooms out and Im a live in landlord. The Flat has nice features and is split over two floors. The Flat is quite modern with wooden flooring throughout. There is a communal garden court attached to the block to enjoy the good weather. Location is great for Overground (Wind Rush line) Nine Elms, Battersea power station, Clapham, Stockwell underground and Vauxhall transport links.

Good bus links are right by the flat with 187, 177. & 152 taking you to most central spots and Clapham junction is only 10 mins away on the bus.

Large Sainsbury's is located 8 mins walk from flat and the Clapham bars and restaurants and again only 8 mins away.

I’m a Relaxed professional Gay Male who works full-time in the education sector. I'm a relaxed guy who enjoys spending time at home and enjoy being social and going out with friends.
The current flatmate has lived with me in the flat since I purchase it seven years ago. He would be happy to provide information on his time in the flat.

It's important for me that the person who moves in feels the flat is a home like myself. You are very welcome to have friends over to the flat and it would be nice to have a few social events together also.
The only cost not added onto the rent is a fortnightly clean which we would take turns to pay.
