Furnished double room near Clapham Common available from Thursday 15th September with both in person and virtual viewings available immediately.

The room is rented out on a lodger basis and therefore is flexible as there is no fixed term, so if your situation changes you're not locked in. Whilst we would prefer someone to commit to 6 months plus, we recognise that's not something people can always guarantee at the moment.

Rent is £600 per month plus one quarter of the flat bills (typically £115 per month). Please note a deposit of £860 will be required to secure the room and take the advert down.

We have 1gbps broadband in the flat so working from home isn't an issue.

Furnishings includes a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table, chest of drawers, floor to ceiling storage case, mirror, lamp, clothes rail and access to external storage on the landing.

The flat has a large kitchen/diner/lounge area shared with all 3 of the other tenants, and a bath/shower room that is shared with 2 of the tenants. We also have a sofa bed so that guests can stay over as and when.

The flat is ideally situated on Wandsworth Road with 3 bus routes stopping right outside, easy access to the Northern, Victoria and Overground lines and sitting nicely between Battersea Park and Clapham Common (both about a 10 min walk). The flat also has an inside area available to store a bike should you use your own to get around.

We also have a huge ASDA (Clapham Junction) and two huge Sainsbury's (Nine Elms & Clapham Road) within 15 minute walks of the flat, as well as a Tesco Express, a Sainsbury's Local and a Co-op Food with a couple of minutes too.

The existing tenants are three mid to late twenties males, one working towards a PhD, one working in engineering and one in the civil service. As a flat we occasionally do cooking nights, flat drinks and play squash together.
