The area is very safe and the property is enclosed, with a code-activated gate. The house has it's own front yard with free parking spaces available.
Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Overground and Queenstown Road Train Station are all a 15 min walk away. There are frequent, direct, 24-hour buses available to Vauxhall, Westminster, Sloane Square, Marble Arch and Notting Hill.
You will only have me as a flatmate. I work in the civil service while doing a part time PhD. I try to maintain a healthy life style and love socializing and meeting new people.
