Beautiful, bright and spacious single&double room

Lovley, bright and spacious single bed room in Clapham zone 2 in a shared 3 bedroom flat .
We are two girls living currently in the flat and looking for a third person to move in. Ideal for someone that is new to London or just here for  a couple of month as we are subletting the room . Minimum stay is 2 month and max 7 month at the moment but could be prolonged as you could take over the contract of the flatmate that is currently abroad for work.
Please note that we can accept a 9- 5 working professional only.

The single room has plenty  of natural day light, a single bed with a comfy memory foam matress, a desk and a spacious build in wardrobe and is available from the beginning of November.

We have a living room with a comfy sofa and a coffee table that can be used to work, eat or hang out.

The bathroom is split into a separated toilet and shower and sink

The kitchen is shared and has all basic kitchen utensilies and a washing machine.

There is plenty of buses just in front of the estate and you can reach either clapham common (northern line) or Brixton ( Victoria line) by 10 minutes on the bus or 8 minutes walking distance to Clapham south.
There is a Sainsbury local and  " Anytime fittness " at 2 minutes walking distance from the flat and plenty of other shops a bit further down the road .

Even though the building looks quite old and run down from the outside, the flat was recently renovated and is very comfy and clean with a friendly and safe neighbourhood:)
