Amazing location, 6 minutes to Clapham North Station, 10mins to Brixton, Lidl and Tesco and Clapham centre. Safe area!!
First/second floor split apartment, decent sized bedroom. Shared bathroom and kitchen as well as big attic lounge.
Both my flatmates are so so lovely, they have just started grad jobs in london. They like socialising, going to the pub, gym and watching good docs on netflix.
Looking for someone who will stay for at least 2 months (till start of November) but the room is available till start of January.
Wifi is included but bills (water, gas, electricity and council tax) are not included in the £895pcm.
