5 night a week room in clapham / battersea

I looking for a person to rent my spare room 5 days a week. I've had a lot of calls about renting full time but that isn't possible. I am a considerate, friendly non smoking married professional, who is away most nights during the week with work, but back at weekends, so you will pretty much get the place to yourself during the weekdays. Having said that I am looking for someone who can have a conversation over a glass of wine when we are both there!

I am looking for someone who is tidy and wants to live in a clean quiet and comfortable surroundings.

I am renting a room in my wonderful quiet 2 bed flat in Clapham, in the lovely Shaftesbury Estate (NOT a Council estate !- rather streets teaming with pretty victorian houses), which has some of the picturesque and quiet Tree lined streets in Clapham. The property is a top floor flat, so nobody above you and has 2 well laid out bedrooms, with period features. It has beautiful oak Parquet floor in the communal areas as well as carpeted bedrooms. The flat has recently been refurbished so is in lovely condition.

The flat benefits from a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a gas hob and gas central heating.

The spacious Bathroom has a walk in shower.

This flat would suit non Smoking professionals who are looking for quick access to the mainline station at Clapham Junction as well as the nearby Boris Bikes.

The deposit will be £1000 with a share of the bills
