We are two flatmates looking for a third (female, age 25-35) to complete our lovely flatshare in Clapham North. Move-in date is from 22nd May 2024 for a 12 month lease and room is priced at £855 PCM.

- Great connections to 3 stations within a 10min walk (Clapham North: 3min, Clapham High Street: 6min, Stockwell: 10min)

- Clapham Common is only a 10-15min walk away, with lots of bar, gym and restaurant options

- Sainsburys local within 3min and a Lidl/Asda/Iceland/big Sainsburys/Little Waitrose within 15min 

THE ROOM / FLAT

- Bills average approx £155 per month depending on time of year

- This room comes furnished with a new double bed, built in wardrobe, and a large set of drawers. A new window has just been installed and there is room for another small unit, or desk. (As pictured)

- You will be sharing a main bathroom with one other flatmate

- The flat is located in a gated mews with two locked doors prior to building entry, including a bike shed and a car park. 

-There is a parking space available 

- The living room/kitchen is open plan and gets a nice amount of sun during the day with a large balcony

- Landlord is extremely responsive to flat maintenance and responds to most enquiries within 24 hours

ABOUT THE FLATMATES

- You will be living with two females from Canada and the UK (aged 25 and 31)

- We both work in the city (consulting and legal) and spend a good amount of time working from home and commuting to the office

- We prefer quiet evenings at home but we love hosting the occasional party and having friends around
