Cosy Room in Modern Clapham Apartment

Hi everyone :)

A room in our apartment will be available at the end of the month. Rent is 755pcm plus bills and bond is 855.
It's a double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers (you can use these or they can be removed).

The apartment is warm and cosy with a lounge-room and fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and plenty of natural light throughout the whole apartment. The bathroom is huuuuge with a massive bath and large seperate shower.

We are in a pretty ideal location and quite central to what Clapham has to offer with cafes, gyms, pubs and bars. We have the 77,87, 452 bus stops pretty much on our doorstep.
The Wandsworth rd Overground is just a 5min walk, a 10-12min walk to Clapham Common and a 10min bus ride to Clapham Junction where there is a Lidl & Asda. Vauxhall station is about a 10min bus-ride from us with a huge Sainsbury's along the way.

My partner (Mitch) and myself will be your housemates. We're a young couple from Aus. Mitch is an industrial designer and I am currently temping while I look for my dream job. We are pretty quiet throughout the week, that being said we have no problems pulling up with a wine/beer and having a catch up. We are usually out and about on the weekends exploring London, going out for drinks, food, music and (maybe) going to the gym. .
We totally respect and understand the need for privacy and downtime, we understand living with a couple can be different but we want the place to be a totally shared environment and we welcome you to have friends over and make the place your home too.
