We sadly have to put our room up for rent as my boyfriend and I have finished our Visas and have to return to Aus.
It is a double bedroom easily big enough for a couple in a quiet area of Clapham South.

Couples pay (£820) PCM, single would pay (£720) PCM.
2 wardrobes and bed included.
I’ll also leave: lamp, mirror, wooden shelving, coat racks and a few other bits and bobs if you want them.
House has gas central heating and for cooking too.
Bills are about £40 a month.
Bathroom and toilet are separated from each other.

10-12 minute walk to Clapham South Tube Station.
2 minute walk to local Londis food shop
6 minute walk to local Sainsbury’s
10-12 minute walk to giant Tesco

You would be living with two young Aussie professionals (teachers) who like to travel and be social.

You would be taking over me and my husband’s lease which finishes on the 8th August 2020 but can be extended if needed or wanted. Landlord is flexible if you need to break the lease early (like us).
