Clapham South Double bedroom available June 2022.

Hi,
I’m Gillian, I’m looking to rent my spare room. The room is located in a recently refurbished flat within a Victorian converted terrace house. I currently live in the 2nd bedroom.
Please be aware that I am planning to renovate my bathroom before this lease starts so the bath will be replaced by a shower.

My flat is 6-7 minute walk to the closest tube station (Clapham South) and there is a bus stop out front which has routes to Stockwell, Balham or Croydon.

Bills are approximately £110 per month.
This includes wifi, Sky , tv license, council tax, gas, electric and water.

A deposit of one months rent with be required. The room is available from June 6th but there is some flexibility around that if needed.

I am a 27 year old professional from Northern Ireland.
I am looking for someone who is social but still respects their own space. I am looking for a female professional preferred. (no couples)
No smoking.
