Lovely, bright spacious single room in zone 2

Lovely, bright and spacious single bed room (it's actually a small double bedroom but with a single bed) in Clapham zone 2 in a shared 3 bedroom flat .
We are two girls living currently in the flat and looking for a third girl to move in. Ideal for someone that is new to London or just here for  a couple of month. Minimum stay is 6 months. I'm only renting this out as my roommate moved overseas because of work and will be only back, if at all in about 10 month. So there is even the chance to take over the contract of the flatmate that is currently abroad.
Please note that we can accept a 9- 5 working professional only as the agency that takes care of the flat is quite strict.
The room has plenty  of natural day light, a single bed with a almost new comfy mattress, a desk and a spacious build in wardrobe, a extra wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bills are shared in-between the 3 of us and are usually between 70 and 85£ per person depending on usage and time of the year.
We have a living room with a comfy sofa that can be used to work, eat or hang out and yes we have WiFi:)

The bathroom is split into a separated toilet and a shower and sink .

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary and a washing machine.

There is plenty of buses just in front of the estate and you can reach either clapham common (northern line) or Brixton ( Victoria line) by 10 minutes on the bus or 10 minutes walking distance to Clapham south.
There is a Sainsbury local and a Anytime fitness gym at 2 minutes walking distance from the flat and plenty of other shops a bit further down the road .

Even though the building looks quite old and run down from the outside, the flat was recently renovated and is very comfy and clean with a friendly and safe neighbourhood:)
