After a long period of happy renting (4 years!), we have decided to leave our lovely Clapham flat. It is a cosy third floor flat in a secure mansion block in a great location, with respectful neighbors.

Originally a 2 bed flat, we currently are using the living room as a third bedroom. As the whole flat is moving on, the flat is available for rent as a current 3 bed, or can be a 2 bed + living room! The rooms are all doubles, are spacious (there is room for desks etc if WFH in Bedroom 2 and 3) and come fully furnished. There is also a balcony.

Location: 5 minutes walk from Clapham North Tube station (Northern Line), 4 minutes from Clapham High Street Station (Overground) and 5 minutes from Clapham High Street (Infernos and local amenities).

We are hoping to move out end of June time, but can be flexible with these dates (sooner or later).
