Sunny double room in Clapham North

Looking for someone to sublet my sunny double room in Clapham North. I haven't made it back from NZ because of corona so the room is available immediately until the lease ends in March 2021, option to extend the lease then if you're keen :)

Currently set up as an office, as you can see in the photos, but the room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, big chest of drawers and wardrobe

Great location - 10 mins walk to Clapham North Station and 15 mins to beautiful Clapham Common and all the shops on Clapham High Street

Flat is spread over two floors, the kitchen, bathroom, large sunny lounge area and the room available are all downstairs, then the other 3 bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs.

Living with 3 Aussies (1 couple) and a kiwi, all awesome and lovely
Rent is £726 a month (bills included)
