One of our flatmates decided to leave London following career change - and this large double room in Clapham is up for grabs!

The property is a 5 bed flat on Wandsworth Road, 10 minutes walk from Clapham Common and fantastic transport links.

Bus stop is literally outside with several bus lines operating frequently: 87, 77, 452, 156 and 345 all offering quick and reliable services into Central London. Vauxhall station is a 15 minute bus journey away. Clapham Junction is 5 minutes away (bus) and Gatwick Airport (50 minutes door to door!).

The room comes fully furnished and with all bills included - this is great value for a double room in Clapham. You will have access to fully equipped kitchen and a massive patio (currently covered in workout mats!)

In addition - they are keen to arrange a small desk and extra chest of drawers (not on pictures) - free of charge!

You'll be living with 4 other guys who are all incredibly nice and all work professionally, including an estate agent, media professional, designer and a VM.

They are all friendly, chatty and also gay (with one exception) so someone similar would be ideal! Also, anyone who loves cleaning would be welcome! They like to keep the space clear and tidy.

Deposit would be 1 month's rent and room would be available to move in from 1 August.
