Large Double Bedroom in a Sociable Clapham House

If you’re a sociable soul who isn’t against hanging out with their housemates, spending the odd evening at the pub getting destroyed at pub quiz, and is just generally a good laugh, then we’re looking for you.

THE HOUSEMATES:

4 young professionals (late 20s/early 30s). We all originally moved in via Spare Room but now we’re all good friends.

Gini - accountant who loves tennis, sports and pub outings
Joe – DevOps engineer and king of lime bikes
Delphine – Works in event management and the best cook in the house
Shane - our Aussie housemate who loves a good rave
New Housemate #5 – Could it be you??

We all work office jobs Monday to Friday so we tend to do our own thing during the week or cook dinner together and watch a show.

THE ROOM: £755 per month + Bills

THE BILLS: £180 per month. Includes council tax, wifi, bi-weekly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
