£375 For First 2 Months Double Room!!

We have a lovely double room becoming available in our house from beginning of Feb.

The room itself is a light, large room and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house is very spacious - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large sitting room and kitchen & dining area. There is plenty of room either in the bedroom or around the house for anyone working from home, And there is also a large garden, which is perfect for bbqs :)

The house is very close to both Clapham Common & Clapham highstreet, as well as Battersea park. Transport links are great with lots of buses and approx. 10 min walk to the northern line from Clapham common. There are also lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by :)

A bit about the housemates - You would be living with 3 professional female housemates in their early 20s - everyone’s very friendly and easy going, happy to chill with a bottle of wine or 2 but equally happy to chill separately and we are all good at respecting each others' space.

The landlord has agreed to a reduced rent for the first two months to £375, after that the rent for the room is £625pcm, and bills are paid separately (approx £85pcm) The deposit for the room would be £625.
