Two Bright Double Rooms Available in Clapham

We have two fantastic double rooms available in a bright 3-bedroom flat in Clapham. You'll be sharing with our current flatmate Alex - a friendly professional from Nottingham.

Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe with plenty of room for a desk in either. Both also have built-in shelving and we'd be happy to help with any questions.

The apartment has recently been redecorated throughout with new carpet. The living and dining room has a big bay window, 2x sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and there's a separate kitchen with everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and separate pantry.

Good storage and great shower pressure in the bathroom, which has also been refurbished with new tiling and decoration :)

All bills are spilt 3-ways and will be approx. £120/month per person. It's Lambeth Council Tax and a Band D.

Very close to Clapham's coffee shops and grocery stores as well as Venn Street Market on Saturdays. Clapham Common is just down the high street and the tube station is around the corner.
