Two large rooms (1 ensuite) 2 mins from tube

Two of our housemates are moving out (one is moving back to Australia and one moving in with a friend) so we have two large double rooms available in our house. The larger room has an ensuite bathroom and is £802 excluding bills, and the other room is £726. Bills are approx £120 each month on top, which includes a cleaner.

Both rooms have desk space for those who are working from home.

The house is a large 4 bedroom house with a separate living room and a dining room, in addition to a grassy garden.

The current housemates are two guys from Belgium and Australia, both friendly and sociable and both working in finance. The house isn't a party house but we're always down for chat or a few drinks.

Location wise it's unbeatable, 2 minutes walk to Clapham North tube station, and under 5 minutes walk to several supermarkets and the restaurants, bars and pubs of Clapham High Street. Clapham Common is about a 10 minute walk away.

Move-in dates are ideally from the beginning of November.
