Room available Clapham Common - mid August move-in

Hey!

Sadly one of our housemates is moving out after 3 years with us. We have a double bedroom available in our beautiful spacious house share, situated 2 mins from Clapham Common.
Your potential Housemates -
We are all professionals, aged between 28 and 32. Currently we are 3 guys & 2 girls, Tim, another Tim (yep a bit confusing), Michelle, Charlotte and Sam.

We are looking for someone who is sociable, fun and easy-going, who is up for joining in for some flat nights (in or out) and plenty of BBQs in the summer! We often cook together too, so if that sounds up your street, let us know! We are looking for someone similar and up for binging Netflix together, getting takeaways coming on trips to the pubs, bars or local coffee houses.

Location -
The house is in an superb location, just a short walk to Clapham South Station (under 10 mins), Wandsworth Common (approx 5 mins) ,Clapham Common (2 mins) and Northcote road (approx 5 mins) - it's also a stones throw away from some of the best pubs and bars in the area!

The House -
- We have a modern kitchen, fibre internet with top speed Wifi in every room!
- You'll have a shared bathroom (for 3)
- a spacious kitchen diner, with fully sliding doors that lead into our garden (brilliant for BBQs in the summer!)
- Very sociable and spacious living room (with an additional area for gym stuff/bike storage/desk etc)
- Huge basement with washing machine/dryer and plenty of room for storage
- Large back garden (with shed/outdoor furniture/BBQ etc)
- A LOT of houseplants (some looking better than others!)

The Room -
- The room has a new double bed, a wardrobe and plenty of space for other storage units.
- Plenty of room for your desk and chair etc, so it's great for people needing to WFH
- Plus floorspace (for virtual classes etc!)

The Admin Stuff -
Michelle will be moving out on 18th August so ideally someone who can move in that week.

Bills are approx £140/month (includes everything; council tax, gas, water, electric, fibre broadband, Sky, and a monthly house cleaner). Slightly cheaper in the summer months.
