Beautiful room on Battersea Rise

This is a beautiful, light and spacious room with a window looking down onto Leathwaite road and a stones throw away from Clapham Common. It is surrounded by buzzing restaurants and bars including Little Bird, Humble Grape and Breakfast Club, but with a laid back and relaxed feel to the area and the flat which is a light and airy sanctuary from the City. A 6 minute bus ride (or 15/20 min walk) to Clapham Common for the Northern Line and a 5-8 minute walk to Clapham Junction. The room will come unfurnished apart from the very comfy bed (which has storage) and built in wardrobe, but tenants are more than welcome to put pictures etc up and make it their own space.

I am leaving to move in with my partner and I am looking for someone to come and live in my beautiful flat! I am very sadly leaving behind my best friend in the world, Edd. He would be your new flatmate! He is a total DREAM to live with, tidy, considerate, hilarious. He keeps himself to himself but also is really friendly and sociable. The perfect balance. I will be taking a lot of my stuff so tenants are more than welcome to bring anything they like after discussing with Edd..

The new tenant must be very tidy and thoughtful about mess and belongings (although of course your room is your space ;-), Basically someone who is independent and easy going who has a social life and can have private time but also have a glass of wine/tv and meal together when/if they want to! Someone who is looking for a party house and late nights with mates back from the club every weekend, this won't be the living situation for you.
