Large double room in friendly, spacious house

The house is four bed, two bath, spacious living and dining area leading onto a separate kitchen with access to a large garden. Shared bathrooms but one on each floor so you’d only be sharing with one other person.

The first room is on the first floor to the front of the house. Good size, double bedroom with bed, wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk if working from home.

The second room is on the first floor situated to the back of the house. Furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and built in shelves.

Bills come to £100 each per month, including utilities, wifi and council tax. There is on-street parking next to the house and you can apply for a yearly parking permit.

There are two other professional girls in their late 20s. Everyone’s always up a catch up and chat while cooking dinner etc. The girls love to cook, stay active and watch a movie together and. They’d like someone like-minded who's able to join our home.
