This is an exceptionally maintained and high spec house with good quality furnishings. It’s rare a room of this standard and size will become available in Clapham. I am sadly only moving out as I am moving to a different area of London to live with a friend. I wish I could pick this room up and take it with me! Although it is a big house, it feels so homely and cosy. It is managed by Capital Living, however the landlady plays a big part and looks after the place more than average as this used to be their family home. I couldn’t fault it, everything you need is provided.

The lovely current flat mates are all working professionals in various 9-5 jobs in London. 3 of us are currently working from home in our bedrooms. We like to get together in the evenings and cook and watch some rubbish on Netflix in the living room, however we do also give each other space. They are fab friendly house mates!! Lockdown has been a breeze with these guys.

The house is located minutes away from Clapham Common, Clapham Old Town and Clapham High Street. Very close to Clapham Junction and Battersea Park too. Wandsworth Road overground is the next street along and it’s only a 10 min walk to the Northern Line at Clapham North station.

The ideal moving date would be around Friday 2nd April 2021 - however this is flexible earlier or later. References will be required. Deposit is £1,000 and length on tenancy can be negotiable.
