The one large double bedroom available has two built-in closets and en-suite.

We’re in no particular rush to fill the place, and we’re strictly looking for compatible individuals looking to make the place a home— mature, considerate, tidy, clean, and quiet.

Our preference is to have someone that’s already living in London instead of newcomers because based in our experience they tend to go through a honeymoon period - we all have - and get a bit carried away with the big city when it comes to parties and having people around. We are all sociable, chilled, get along extremely well, respectful and would like to keep the harmony in the flat. This is not a party house. The constant transit of strangers is not something we are looking for as it takes away quite a bit from our privacy and safety.

This is not to say we wouldn't consider you as a flat mate, but if you're determined to move to London and burn down some villages, this might not be the flat for you!
