... is on the 2nd floor of a 5 bedroom house (6 inc a small box room for guests!)
It's bright & airy with a big window. Its furnished with a new double bed & mattress, shelve, wardrobes & large chest of drawers.

Additional storage available in the hallway.

ADMIN
- Rent is £625 p/m
- Bills are £150 p/m and cover council tax, weekly cleaner, broadband, water/electricity/gas, TV license. Only extras are the occasional few pounds for house cleaning/communal stuff.
- Deposit is £480
- Private landlord (who's fab & lives around the corner!) but renting through an agency

THE LOCATION
... is ridiculously convenient - seconds from Clapham High St (London Overground), a couple of minutes from Clapham North station (Northern Line), 15 mins walk to Stockwell (Victoria Line).
The high street with all its shops and restaurants is also within walking distance, and so is the Common which is a great space if you're into sports/exercise or just like lying in the sun in the summer.

Gyms on the doorstep - Lambeth Active Leisure Centre, Crossfit, Pure Gym, Virgin Active, Jetts & more!

THE HOUSE
... is really spacious so even when everyone's home it doesn't feel packed at all.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & 2 x fridge/freezers.

Large living room that opens out onto a big backyard with picnic table, lawn, bbq and garden space.

Dining Room - bike storage/can be used if working from home on occasion/homework outs (not enough dining is done in the dining room!)

Two bathrooms on first floor - one with shower and toilet and the other with bath and toilet.

We also have a spare bedroom (box room) - great if you're having guests to stay on occasion!

Private parking space available (small cars only)

THE FLATMATES
Currently 4 girls - Two Scots, 1 english and 1 Slovakian. Everyone works full time and likes to have down time, but also up for a quiz and a drink (or 4!) at the local pub, hanging out in the backyard when the weather allows and watching TV in the evenings. We all go to the same gym so happy for anyone to join us!

Most of us are back in the office full time but with occasional WFH but with 2 living rooms and most working from our rooms when we're home theres plenty of space!

YOU!
Looking for someone who will be a good fit in the house.
- Chilled but social and up for a chat and a laugh (the classic mix). Not a party house sorry!
- Full time professional preferred, mainly for lifestyle mix.
- Not keen on those looking to WFH 5days a week.
- 30yrs + preferable
- Clean/tidy, respectful etc.
- Non Smoker
