- - The property - -
The house is very comfortable, has a super nice atmosphere and a private garden area. The kitchen is spacious, and it comes with all the expected utensils.
The lounge is very spacious and cozy, it's our favourite part of the house, it has plenty of beautiful plants, a brand new large OLED TV, and it fits a large glass wall with a patio door opening to our private garden. The sun faces the lounge and garden all afternoon, so it's bright and nice, especially in the summer.
The house location is ideal, as the house is a short walk away from Clapham North or Clapham Common stations. Brixton is also within easy reach (10 min walk away or a short bus ride). The Common, and Clapham High Street are great to gang out at, there's an immense variety of shops, coffees, pubs and restaurants around here. Abeville Road is also located just down the road, offering even more options of restaurants, bars and boutique shops. In terms of supermarkets we are very well served, with a Lidl, a big Tesco, a big Sainsbury's and a Waitrose store close the the house.

- - The household - -
We are 2. Clarice and Osiris, both professionals. We have a cleaner that comes weekly and after that we always maintain the house clean and organised (this is very important to us). We don't smoke, but if you do it's not a problem as long as you do it in the garden. We have lived together in this house for six years so it does feel like a real home to us. We are friends and enjoy talking and spending some time together, but we are also very independent and privacy is respected. It would be a plus to find someone who enjoys socialising over a meal or a glass of wine in the lounge, but more reserved individuals are also welcomed.

The advertised price includes all the utility bills and the rent. A cleaning lady comes every week - that is paid separately by each person once every three weeks (£42). We have nothing but good things to say about living here.

- - About the room - -
The room is cozy and fits a double sized bed with a brand new mattress and and a brand new two-door wardrobe, plus some drawers. The occupant of this room also has exclusive access to an extra storage cupboard just beside the room. Please note the pictures of the bedroom reflect the it as before our current tenant, she has changed the layout of the room now, but as she moves out on 16/01 it will again look like the photos, only it will have a brand new wardrobe and brand new mattress as per this description.
