Spare room available in stunning Abbeville Village (Clapham South). Landlord lives in Brighton (he’s gay), but will stay at the flat occasionally (roughly two nights a week, and the odd weekend) - essentially the tenant will pretty much get the run of the place. It’s a furnished small double room. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and although this room isn't en suite, your bathroom isn't shared and is just two metres from the bedroom.

The flat comes with broadband and a fortnightly cleaner. The flat is in the heart of beautiful Abbeville Village next door to a number of restaurants and boutiques. Clapham South Tube Station is an 8 minute walk away.

Smokers: please note there is no smoking in the flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
