Hey Ladies
We have a large double room available in our friendly house available ! :)
The room includes double bed, 2X wardrobes a mirror and a bedside table.
The house:
Large kitchen with dining table.
2 large fridges (only share a fridge with one other person).
Garden with outdoor space, garden furniture and BBQ.
One full bathroom, shower room and spare toilet.
Shared living room with large TV.
Washing machine and dryer.
We do not have a cleaner and would like the new housemate to join our weekly cleaning rota - we are all very clean and considerate people.
Unfortunately no bicycle storage. You can leave one in the back garden at own risk!
No parking
All bills included: hot water, heating, gas and electricity, TV licence, council tax & WiFi
Our Land lord is great - he responds very quickly if there are any issues.
We are very close to Clapham Common station and Clapham North Station on the Northern line and 24/hr bus service going to Central London. Literally a stone throw way!
We will be looking for a FEMALE housemate to keepthe balance 50/50 in the house. Age 28- 34.
We are all working professionals and looking for someone that is considerate on work nights but also wants to socialise at the weekends.
The housemates:
There is currently 1 girl and 2 guys - we are all 30 - 33 years old and professionals working 9 - 5pm Mon to Fri. We all work mostly from home with a few days in the office here and there.
We are all friendly fun loving social people that enjoy a drink / meal together every now and then but also enjoy the quiet of our own time and have our own friends.
Our neighbours cat tends to visit our garden a lot - so come and hang out with Cookie the Cat :) unfortunately we are not allowed to have any pets of our own - so no pets please!
