Single Room for rent Clapham South

Together with my roommate we are looking for a third person to our apartment!

We both work so every week we are practically not at home. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and four rooms. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor - while all rooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.

Yes we have a tv and a big living room with a huge dining table!

The apartment is very well located - the nearest store (COOP) is 5 minutes away.

Clapham South Station is 8 minutes from our apartment.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

You should add approximately £ 80 bills per person to the monthly rent.

We are looking for a guy who will fit into our climate - we are both LGBTQ, so we are looking for such a person too!
