Hi all,

I'm currently moving abroad for work, so we I’m looking for letting my room in this lovely 2 bed flat in Clapham Junction.
This is an amazing 2 Bedroom apartment ideally located, just behind Clapham junction station.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional, between the ages of 26-35, who preferably doesn’t work from home.

Everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep: shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafés, gyms, activities like mini golf and high ropes, a games pub and much more, you're in the heart of all the action. Plus the Clapham Junction station entrance is only a 3 minute walk, just outside of the main gate!
Although we are in a quiet place so zero traffic noise!
The house is part of a complex of buildings with gates and main office at entrance, constantly surveyed. Included with the rent of the flat you get the spa, the swimming pool and the gym. Inside the complex there are also lots of gardens to relax and chill out.

The flat has a total of 2 double bedrooms. There is a nice separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with pans and pots and cutlery, a lovely and spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms. Exactly, one of the bathroom will be only for you.

There is fast broadband and the house is setup for only electricity.

A bit about your new flamates:
You will live with a lovely 32 year old Aussie girl working as an engineer, and her boyfriend, a 31 year old South African who will move in soon. They are both super easy going and flexible people, enjoying cooking meals, doing sports and exercises activities, travelling and being outside.

Room : £912.5 per month, single use, available from 21/10 (however date to get in is flexible)
Bills are not included, usually comes around between 100 and 140 per month
Deposit: £563 (registered in scheme)
