My huge room is available in our lovely flat! I live with 2 girls, both professionals, and i have the largest room in the flat. It's also very reasonable at £730 inc. bills.
Please note, there is no living room but the kitchen is big enough for a table etc.
The flat is in Abbeville village, about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common station and as you may know is in a safe and busy area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Its really light and spacious, and the flat is very tidy and clean. The girls are easy to get along with, I am just moving out to be with my boyfriend!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The tenancy runs out in March 2022, with the option to extend of course, but the other girls are moving out. If you can find 2 more tenants or cover the rent then the lease can be renewed. The room is available from mid October.
