Room available in 3 bed Clapham flat share

I'm looking for 2 new housemates for Clapham 3 bedroom flat.

Our tenancy is coming to an end in February 2022 as one of my current housemates is moving in with her partner and the other is getting her own place.

About the flat:

It’s beautiful, very big and spacious, feels more like a house. Each bedroom is on its own floor and each room feels very private. You would only share the shower with one other person as the first floor has its own toilet next to the bedroom and one room is an en-suite.
There’s a cool roof terrace for outside space which is perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks or watching the sunset. The flat is very tidy, we like it to feel like home, so it is not noisy or disruptive. We are all professionals and respect each other’s space however are social, friendly people who already have a network of friends in the area. We like to go for drinks occasionally and are surrounded by bars and restaurants. We are located between Clapham and Wandsworth common both within a few mins walk. Battersea park is about a 15 min walk away.

About Me:

I'm a Specialist in Reproductive & Genetic health. I work normal office hours and occasionally from home but not more than 1 day a week.

I'm sociable, friendly and like to meet new people and explore London. I'm also quite a clean and tidy person and like where I live to feel like home. I like all the "normal" things movies, reading, cooking, wine, coffee and keeping fit.
I'd like to live with other friendly social people, someone I could have a cup of tea/glass of wine with and a chat after work but still understands the need for our own space sometimes.
