Hey hey, I’ve made an offer on this flat right near clapham common. Only have agents photos for now.

It’s two beds, one bathroom. Fresh and modern kitchen and living space in a conversion flat. Beautiful street between clapham common and lavender hill. 10 mins walk to clapham junction and Northcote road, and about 15ish to clapham common station, and all the wonders of clapham high street. Lots of busses near by too.

The room comes with double bed and wardrobe I believe. There is room for a desk as well. The living space is also furnished but I may ask the landlord to take the dining table so I can get a nicer one 😅.

I’m looking for someone warm and friendly who I can turn this flat into a cosy home with. I’m quite sociable and easy going like to keep my home clean and tidy. I have my own life outside the house and can respect space but I hope we can spend time together both at home and outside.

Lease would start dec 13 but the agent is asking if it can be sooner. You would need to be added to the lease and pass referencing.
