Current Flatmates
I am an Aussie (been here 8 years), professional, female, very clean and tidy. I like a night in but is also often travelling or out visiting friends.
The other housemate is Daniel, Hungarian, works full time, enjoys travelling and exploring London.
We are both enjoy house socialising as well as doing our own thing, so it's a good balance.
Our current housemate is only leaving because he is relocating to Australia.
Other information
Bills are not included however the current council tax , water, electricity/gas, Internet & fortnightly cleaner is roughly £130pp pcm
Looking for
Professional aged ideally 28-39, clean and tidy, down to earth, friendly and non smoker.
Available 20th February (could be flexible with the date) with minimum 6 months, referencing etc will need to be done by Real Estate and agreed by landlord.
Viewings taking place: January 21st and 23rd after 6pm and 25th between 10-2pm.
