Cosy Double In Mews House

Hey!

Thanks for checking out our cosy double room in our well kept Townhouse. We are located in a beautiful gated Mews just 2 minutes walk from Clapham North station, and 5 minutes from Clapham Overground.

You will be joining a house of three other professionals, one IT Wizard, one PR Princess and one HR hero! We are all very respectful of each others' space, and keep the house tidy so if you are unaware of how to use the dishwasher, you need not apply! That being said, we love the odd party, having friends round and cooking and drinking together!

We are ideally looking for another male to join us & keep in with the house dynamics! If you would like to come round and see the gaf, please let us know a little bit about you and why you would like to join us!

INFO: The bedroom is a double on the second floor with a wardrobe and bed with underbed storage and a chest of drawers. The house itself is modern with an open plan kitchen/living area on the ground floor, 4 double bedrooms, family bathroom and cloakroom (WC+basin). One bedroom has an en-suite so the bathroom and cloakroom are shared between 3 bedrooms. There is a garden & patio with bbq - perfect for summer sessions. There's also a locked shed for bike storage.

Bills are on-top and estimated at around £140 month, including utilities, council tax, internet and Netflix. We also have a cleaner twice a month which works out as £20/month per person.

*Please note this room is not suitable for someone who works from home full-time.
