Double bed en-suite room Clapham Common north side

Large double bed en-suite room (with small balcony) in 3 bedroom flat just off of Clapham Common north side available from January 2022. Spacious open plan living area and kitchen and located a 15 minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction stations. We are one guy and one girl (not a couple) and have been friends since meeting at Durham uni. We work in financial/professional services, are very sociable and love going out. We signed up for a two year tenancy in July 2020 but our current housemate is moving out in January having bought a flat of her own.

We are ideally looking for someone who shares the above interests and who wants to join a friendly/sociable flat.

The tenancy ends in mid-July 2022 so this would initially be a 6 month contract.
