This house has a separate living room with a SMART-enabled TV (perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime fans!), a spacious kitchen/dining room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a charming garden patio with a table and chairs. 🤌

The house has been modified to meet work-from-home needs, with a desk in each room, a designated workspace area in the communal space, and superfast fibre broadband for all your Zoom calls!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
Excellent transport links: Only a 15-minute walk to Clapham South or Balham stations, both conveniently situated on the Northern line. Balham station also provides access to London Victoria via the Overground in just 10 minutes, allowing for easy travel to central London. Enjoy the best of both worlds! 🤩

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You will be living with three other young working professionals - two females and one male - in their early 20s - 30s. (No couples or pets).

The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌
