Double Room In Sociable House

Hey - we are Faye, Amy, Maggy, Lauren, Catherine and Lucy! Sadly one of our lovely housemates is jetting off to sunny Australia so we have a spare room to fill!

We have all previously joined the house through spareroom and have really made it a home. We are looking for another sociable gal to join us, preferably aged between 25-31 years old. The room is available from 12th November.

The room available is a double on the third floor with a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, but also has room for a desk. The occupant will share a bathroom with three other girls based on the second floor.

We would like our new housemate to be friendly, sociable and up for a laugh. We like to spend time together as a group either staying in or going out, but equally we all have our own things going on and are respectful of the space and keep it clean. After work you can usually find some of us watching TV in the living room or popping out to a local pub or restaurant. At weekends we like to explore London together and go for dinner/drinks etc.

Location:
- The house is conveniently located less than a three minute walk to Clapham South station and the Common!
- We have a range of food shops on our doorstep (a huge Tesco, a Sainsbury's and a M&S food hall)
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance

Rent/Bills:
- The rent is £873 per month.
- All utility bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner are included in the price of the room.
- The deposit is £1007
- £201.40 holding deposit is required this is deductible against the overall deposit

- Split over 4 levels
- 3 bathrooms
- Kitchen
- Living area (with large TV and 3 sofas, perfect to spend time together in)
- Garden (south facing so the best sun trap!)
