How close are things?
- 3 mins walk from Abbeville village
- 5 mins walk to Clapham South tube / Clapham common itself

- 20-25 minute cycle to the city on the cycle superhighway (which I’ve personally been doing for years myself).
There is a big Tesco next to Clapham south and some smaller shops on Abbeville road.
Originally built in 1900 and converted in the 1980s. The perfect for someone (or a couple) who wants a nice, high quality environment to relax in after a long day.
Not suitable for anyone who wants to party late etc.

The garden is perfect for hosting friends in the summer. It gets sun all day long. It has a hammock, outdoor sofa, table and bar stools and a small drinks bar for hosting. Lots of outdoor plants, these need watering most evenings in summer.
High speed internet connection installed (75mbs) which extends into garden. Happy to add this onto the rent to save your day 1 admin.
Generally I am looking for a trustworthy and chilled person. Life is too short for drama!
