Social apartment with outdoor space - Clapham

Great flat share with 3 sociable individuals available from the 1st Sept.

Currently the house is made up of 1 guy and 2 girls and we all love living here (Rosie has been here 4 years, Toby for 2 years and Amy 6 months). Sadly, after 4 years together Emily is moving out so we now have a spare double room with built in wardrobes in a large apartment that we are looking to fill with a like minded person.

We are all very chilled, friendly and sociable people who are professionals hybrid working in the city and at home (Toby within Finance, Amy in Events and Rosie in Marketing).

We hang out together, but also like to do our own thing; dining out, drinking, playing sport and taking trips together. Also quite happy to have a chilled evening in with cuppas (more likely wine) in front of the TV.

The house is located in a private mews (see photos) and has a fantastic roof terrace with outdoor furniture. Additionally our landlord is great; never had any issues.

- The price includes all bills and a cleaner every 2 weeks. Rent £810 and bills are £100 (at the moment but could fluctuate).
- The room is available unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished
- 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction (5 mins bus)
- 15 minutes walk to Clapham Common (10 mins bus)
- Co-op 1 minute walk
- Sainsbury's and Tesco less than 5 mins walk
- Battersea Park and Clapham Common easily within walking distance
