Double room available in clapham South

Evie and I are looking for a young professional to come join us in this clapham flat.

A double room in a flat only 10 minutes walking distance from clapham south station and 3 minutes away from bus stops into brixton, and only 10 minutes away from the common.
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. The flat has a communal lounge, has a separate toilet/bathroom and a small balcony.

You'll be moving in with Evie and I, both have been living here this past year. I work in the film/tv industry and evie is a nurse. Neither of us work from home so ideally would want someone who wfh once or twice a week max.

We are both social people who enjoy hanging out with our separate friend group, but also happy to go for a drink, pub lunch or even stay in and have a glass of wine together.

We're looking for someone who is going to be staying for a year, cleans up after themselves and won't be a stranger in the flat.

Bills aren't included in the rent, and have varied the last few months from £60 to max £90.
