The housemate
You will be living with George who is a 28 year old that works in insurance. He works in the city 2 – 3 days a week. If you’re a Southampton fan then you will get along well and if not then I’m sure you’ll still get along. Very sociable and easy to get along with.

Rent is £1,100 pcm with an additional £1269.23 payable as security deposit.
You will be taking over the joint tenancy with George, which ends in May 2023; however you can exit early by filling the vacant room.
Council tax is band D (Lambeth)
Bills come to about £130 per person pcm
