Our lovely flatmate is leaving the UK, so we’re looking for someone to join our 3 bed ground floor flat. It’s in a pretty, 1920s building with lots of original features and a big shared garden. The flat is fully furnished.
The location is really handy - Clapham Common, Brixton and Streatham are all a 20-25 min walk, plus bus stops in to central London are right on the doorstep.
We are two professional women who have lived in the flat for 4 years. One of us works in charity PR and is in the office most days, the other manages a great restaurant in central London. We tend to do our own thing day to day and respect each other’s space, but we are a friendly pair and are always up for a chat!
Bills are not included in the rent but are currently approx £150 a month including council tax, wifi, utilities and a cleaner.
The flat is currently available from 7th October and we’re looking to do viewings w/c 9th September.
