Friendly Clapham South House Share

Hello!

This house share is more a home than most. Three professional females aged 32-45, sociable but also with their own lives, friends and interests. We seek a flatmate who is tidy, friendly, social and ideally around the same age. While we don’t socialise in each other’s pockets, we do enjoy the occasional meal and glass of wine together so would like someone who wants a friendly home environment.

The room is a beautiful large double room with large bay windows on the first floor facing out onto a quiet, leafy residential street near Abbeville Road. It comes with two bedside tables, two built in wardrobes and a large set of drawers.

The house has a separate living room and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) and two bathrooms, one with a full bath. There is a conservatory too which we use to store bikes and workout equipment! The garden is a sun trap and is well kept, ideal for bbqs.

We have 5 bedrooms in total which puts us in a lucky position of having a spare room. This is used for the occasional work from home day and as a guest room when needed (wouldn’t be ideal for someone working from home full time).

Bills are approximately £126pcm and include wifi, energy, weekly cleaner and house essentials. Council tax is included in the rental amount. We interact directly with the property owners which means any fixtures or other requirements are swiftly taken care of, and they are lovely to deal with.

We are a 7 minute walk from Clapham South in the delightful Abbeville village.
