Double room with en suite available in a shared two bedroom flat. Located close to Clapham, Brixton and Streatham.
New development with a large balcony, external storage and a large shared living area and kitchen.

I currently work in Hospitality Recruitment and work from home three days a week. I am ideally looking for someone who enjoys socializing but also likes their own space. I am tidy and quiet, but also very house proud and clean. I am a gay man but no preferences on a housemate. Pretty easy going but definitely a chilled household and not a party vibe.

Bedroom comes with a spacious wardrobe, large bathroom and a double bed.

Ideally someone who is HYBRID working and spends time at the office. I tend to work from the living room three days a week but more than welcome for it to be used (as long as you don’t mind me gassing on the phone to candidates!)

Rent will include all bills. References preferred.

Room available from 1st April however can be negotiable throughout that month.

One month rent and one month as deposit up front.
