Seeking fourth member for girlband

I am (very sadly) moving out of this amazing flat to move in with my boyfriend (🤢) so am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from the 25 November.

I’ve very happily called this my home for the past 4 years and I don’t think there is anywhere better to live in SW London.

The location is great, just off Abbeville road, 10 min walk to clapham south station and 15 min walk to Clapham High Street or Balham. There’s a huge communal garden which is really fun in the summer, and free parking for a small car out front.

The room available is a normal sized double and has access to its own little balcony. There are two bathrooms between the 4 of us and a spacious yet cosy living room with a huge tv for sport and MAFS & a massive kitchen. The room can come furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers not pictured) or unfurnished if that’s preferable.

The girls you’ll be living with are amazing and we are looking for someone who is going to fit in and call this flat a home. We are all in professional jobs with lots of hobbies, we love a gym class, swimming, exploring London, but also love a wine at the weekend! We are fun, easy-going, although we do love an early night in the week 😅 We must say, this isn't just 'a room' it is a home that we have all become amazing friends from - We love a holiday together, this year we had the time of our lives in Barbados 🤭

We’re looking for similar minded people of a similar age ( 30-35) so sorry no one fresh from uni - you’re too Gen Z for us 😅

Bills aren’t included so will be on top of the rent price (approximately £150 a month , maybe a bit more in the winter) plus we pay for a cleaner a couple of times a month.
